Well-Being: Learn about resources for physical, mental, financial and occupational health. Get a big picture look at everything Parkland offers in the Wellness@Parkland section, and then dive into the details of each program.

You’ll also be able to download documents, such as Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) for the Parkland Employee Health Plan (PPO and HDHP), and legal notices, including the annual Medicare Notice.
