Behavioral Health
The Employee Health Center offers individual and group therapy to employees, their eligible partners/spouses and dependents.
What is behavioral health?
A psychologist-assisted process of self-discovery in a confidential, safe environment that can help people learn how to enhance relationships, gain personal empowerment, and cope with life’s many challenges.
Biweekly small group sessions
Group therapy can greatly improve treatment outcomes and help patients see results faster. Clinical psychologists at the EHC offer the following groups:
- Anxiety — overcome fearful thoughts and panic
- Grief — work through loss and sorrow
- Stress — manage life and work demands
- Depression — learn skills to manage mood and develop health relationships
- Post-traumatic stress — reframe unhealthy trauma-related thoughts
