- Set up your profile on myCigna.com or in the myCigna app (if enrolled in the health plan) to participate in our new Cigna Healthcare Wellness Experience.
- Earn up to $100 in Wellness Cash annually for completing healthy activities.
Lead a healthier lifestyle and help us be a smoke-free campus.
- During Open Enrollment 2024, did you attest to being a tobacco user willing to complete a tobacco cessation program? We have resources to help you. Before June 30, complete a program and submit documentation to avoid the $30 surcharge per pay period.
- New hires who started work after Open Enrollment 2024 will attest to their tobacco use during Open Enrollment in October 2025.

Review Your January Paycheck

Deductions for your 2025 benefits will start with the paycheck dated Jan. 14, 2025. Review this pay stub to confirm that the payroll deductions reflect your Open Enrollment elections. Report any discrepancies to OTM Shared Services at 469-419-3000 (ext. 7-3000) immediately.

See if your provider is in network

Check to see if your medical provider or facility is in the Cigna Open Access Plus network.
