You and your eligible dependents can participate in the Parkland Employee Health Plan (PEHP) immediately upon hire. You can choose between two medical plans: the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), both administered by Cigna in 2024. If you enroll in the HDHP, you may also elect a Health Savings Account (HSA).
